Originated and headquartered in Athens, Texas, REI now provides services across the state. We are driven by dedication to provide unparalleled services to utility industries.

In 2016, our founder Mike Mayo, exacting his 40 years of comprehensive industry knowledge, set out to create the first ever turn-key joint use management service providing assistance to East Texas Cooperatives. Since the inception of our company, we have assembled a management team with 200+ years of experience in the utility industry. We have continued to grow and expand, increasing our footprint across the TALO states while maintaining our focus on the “personable small town service atmosphere.”
